SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days plus 1-3 days for shipping depending on the method selected at time of purchase.

At this time we only offer domestic shipping to all states within the USA plus Puerto Rico.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$20 flat fee for priority shipping (1-3 days)

 

Note: Shipping & Handling turnaround times are general estimates provided by the shipping carrier, NOT guarantees. Shipping & Handling costs (at time of purchase & returns) are non-refundable. Mahari Hair & Co. is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages OR delivery delays due to the shipping carrier. Upon completion of your order, email notifications about shipping will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Use the tracking number provided to stay updated with the status of your delivery at the site listed above. In the event that you do not receive your package contact us via email at maharihairco@gmail.com. We will 1st work with the shipping carrier to retrieve your package as it is our priority that you receive your order. ONLY packages that are officially deemed lost will be eligible for refund. All other instances must be reviewed by our recovery team.
